I began my journey in the healing arts in 2000, when I obtained certification in therapeutic massage. After an injury prevented me from continuing hands-on bodywork, I was guided to explore other ways of helping people heal, which led me into the study of energy healing. Through the years, the passion I have for energy work has continued to grow and so has my fascination with and exploration into the many healing modalities available to us.

My deep curiosity and desire to understand why this phenomenon works has led me to continually pursue further study and advanced training. While no one can say with absolute certainty exactly how energy healing works, what we do know is that it does work! The experiences and results reported by millions of people around the world speak for themselves.

The human body was designed with an innate ability to heal itself. Unfortunately, various interferences- including limiting beliefs, stress and conditioned programming- can disrupt the natural process. Energy healing works to release those blocks, clear the interferences, and reset the old patterns so the body can return to doing what it was created to do: heal itself. Sometimes the most powerful shifts occur when we simply allow the mind to step aside. The healer is the bridge, the connection, between the person or animal and the force/creator/spiritual realm capable of assisting the body to heal.
